Terms and Conditions
Orders: Order Confirmation will be provided once your order is processed.
Payment: Payment is required at the time of order.
Delivery and Pickup: Delivery dates are estimates and may change due to weather or other circumstances. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Pickup orders must be collected on the scheduled date unless otherwise arranged.
Returns and Cancellations: Sod is a perishable product and cannot be returned. Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery/pickup.
Liability: We are not responsible for damage sod caused after delivery or pickup. Customers are responsible for proper installation and care after receiving their order.
